How did we do at the latest shows?

This is where we will post highlights from recent shows we attend and how we did.

February 27- March 1 2020 The Pensacola Dog Fanciers St. Patrick Celebration was a great weekend for Southern Magnolia Farms. We also showed at the IABCA shows on Thursday and Friday for the young puppies. Luke (Southern Magnolia‘s Cool Paw Luke) won Best in Show Puppy, Reserve Best Bred By Exhibitor, and won his class as well as his group.

Merlin (Union Hill Southern Magnolia’s Midnight Magic) won Winner’s dog at the Pensacola show on Saturday and Sunday with Best of Winners on Sunday. Thank you so very much to Virginia Wilson for her help in showing Merlin in the breed ring and showing Luke in the puppy groups. Would not have been able to do so well without her help.

Lila (Southern Magnolia’s Lilacs and Lace) in her first AKC show took Reserve Winners Bitch in the female class overall. So very proud and hoping for great things from her. Dixie (CH Chambray Southern Magnolia’s Dixieland Delight) took Best of Opposite in the breed ring both days. It was a wonderful weekend for Southern Magnolia Farms In Pensacola. August 2019 While in Kenner, LA Beau and I did great we won Owner Handler both days and won a Group1 and Group 4 Placement. Merlin showed well he placed most days. The next show was Mobile, AL and Merlin won his class both days but was edged out in winners dog so no points. Beau and I took Select, for 4 Grand Champion points putting us closer to his Silver Grand Championship.
